We’re sharing an update on the current instabilities related to campaign’s CSS & images.
It is still affecting randomly part of online campaigns, representing less than 0.1% of total traffic. We are totally aware of it and working to resolve it.
We decided last week to start a migration of our storage system (maintenance was announced on our Status Page & started on Sunday 25/10).
To avoid any additional impact, we need to do this slowly & out of peak hours. This migration is being performed during the nights - and we are targeting to have it finished by Sunday 01/11, we then expect to see a real & durable improvement.
It is possible that you’ll still face some issues in the coming days related to CSS & images - we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
We keep the incident open and we’ll continue to update you here.

[Identified] Update :
- Campaigns are up & players running without issues & CSS is fine.
- We still have an open issue linked to the “upload” feature in User Generated Contests or in Upload Questions.
- We just finalized to work on the manager side (saving look and fell step) . We are monitoring this one for the next 10 minutes.
- We’ll then fix the upload issue in the player.

[Identified] We are still running on a light mode: no CSS (design, colors) & images in the back-office & on published campaigns. We apologize for the impact on your side. The priority is on the player/campaigns then the manager. No ETA yet. We'll continue to update you viat this page.

[Identified] Part of the campaigns are not accessible and others are loaded without CSS. Backoffice access is OK. We're taking different measures to restore service asap.

[Investigating] With Push notification: Qualifio Manager is not available as we speak and we have CSS troubles on campaigns linked to our file system. We are on it and keep you updated asap.
